Error message in Marketplace: No authorized Indirect Reseller is associated with this MPN ID

During ordering or subscription updates in the ADN Cloud Marketplace you received the message "No authorized Indirect Reseller is associated with this MPN ID"

The MPN-ID (Microsoft Partner Network ID) is a unique identifier assigned to every partner in the Microsoft Partner Program. It is required for many processes, such as managing competencies, incentives, or assigning customer projects.

You received this error message because we have an MPN ID on file that does not have CSP authorization. You therefore need to provide an updated MPN ID (PLA). Please check under “Identifiers” in Microsoft Partnercenter to see which is your CSP ID and send it to us.

If the link does not work, here is a step-by-step guide:

  1. Sign in to Partner Center
    Log in to the Partner Center using an admin Microsoft account.

  2. Navigate to “Settings”
    After logging in, click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select “Settings.”

  3. Open Organization Profile
    Under “Settings,” you will find the section “Organization Profile.”

  4. View MPN-ID
    On the Organization Profile page, your MPN-ID will be displayed.

Please send the new, correct Partner Location (MPN-ID) to Cloud@adn.de. We need the MPN ID that you used for registration as an indirect reseller. Please do not change this yourself in the Marketplace. These effects are only temporary!
